Between 19 December and 9 January, and subject to availability, the weekly rate is US$4,395 for up to 6 guests
Prices are in US dollars for the Villa per week.
NOTE: All rates are fixed to the U.S. dollar. The U.K. Pound Sterling and Euro dollar rates will fluctuate slightly based on current market exchange rates.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure reservations. This is non refundable unless there is a replacement booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
